This group develops and manages the Precision Group Service Organization (GSO). Unique to the Precision Health Model (PHM), and similar in concept from a cost savings and contracting simplicity aspects of a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), the GSO is built to bring those same advantages to the health service industry. This is achieved by evaluating and vetting various technologies and Service Contractors based on quality, capacity, ethical standards, and user experience. The different delivery methodologies and reimbursement models available to a given client are also considered. Using this GSO model, the team will help the client navigate the various options available and ensure that the right Service Contractor(s) is / are matched to each client appropriately. Whatever the design of the system chosen by the client, PNS works with the rest of the team to ensure that all parties are set up for success from the start.
A critical function of this group is to collaborate with the team to implement workflows that are efficient without creating chaos. The types of services managed through Service Contractors by this group includes national networks of providers capable of providing services like Annual Wellness Visits, either directly billed by these providers or through the client’s existing providers. Other ancillary services that can be supported include CCM, RPM, BHI, TCM, Cognitive Assessment, RCM and more. Keeping all of the various service offerings and contributing parties aligned is critical to ensuring defined goals are attained.
Finally, this group assists in developing standards and methodology for Referral Management related to PSS and as part of the PAPI process. The reality is that managing patients is complex and engaging them is critical to success, no matter how well intentioned the effort or efficient the workflow for the provider. Failure to take this into account as part of system design can make success impossible. PNS acts as the conductor of the team to orchestrate implementation of the right tools and working with the best suited Service Contractor(s) for a client … all within the context of helping to create a system that adds real value and achieves measurable success.
