We have harnessed the resources of a number of value based pioneers and companies to build our own platform rather than using multiple contractors under a consulting company.

All of our partners have deep, strategic relationships with policy makers and industry leaders.  The team that produces this great singular platform is made up of many separate companies, all working under one umbrella.  

Our mission is take this program, used previously only by institutions to quietly grade their physicians (and share nothing with them), and turn it around to give the physicians the cheat sheet and platform for superior compliance practice earnings.  This is literally the Dream Team of healthcare on a mission to drive value based physician compliance and revenue.

Ray Vuono is the Technology Partner and Chief Information Officer for Precision Value Based Management. 

Ray for more than 20 years has served as a C-level executive managing growth and business strategies while developing and providing solutions for connectivity, interoperability, and collaboration using cloud-based applications for both private and public companies in the health care space. In these roles, Ray has managed large-scale clinical and behavioral health EHR projects for both for-profit and public non-profit agencies. He has also managed full development centers both internationally and domestically.

Ray brings both knowledge and experience in health care technology that includes application development, data interoperability, and adherence to standards and requirements.  Ray has worked with public, private, provider, and patient initiatives in health care. In the 1990’s Ray also was a principal for a very successful nationally recognized insurance brokerage.

For almost 57 years Doug has been a pole vaulter.  A 5 time All American and 3 time national champion in his youth, he had a personal best of 18'1".  Doug was the 1996 Pole Vault Coaching Technician to the Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta. There he spent the last six weeks before the Games helping the coaches and athletes from around the world prepare on both the practice and competition fields.  The photo to the right is of Doug winning the 2017 World Masters Games in Auckland, New Zealand, as shown on the cover of National Masters News.  He has won several National Masters Championships and has won World Championships and World Championships medals on five continents. Doug is only the 3rd 60 year old to ever vault 13', and the only one to vault 13' in six decades.  Like Doug says, "Some people golf and some people surf. This is my reason to workout".
