Providing this data within that communication greatly reduces these types of calls.
2. Moderate Risk Patient Direction – Medical necessity requires any patient classified as Moderate Risk needs a virtual or live visit. We prompt the patient to act at your direction within our autoresponders. Would you like them to click a link, request by email, or call an extension?
3. High Risk Patient Direction – Medical necessity requires any patient classified as High Risk needs a live visit followed by a virtual or live visit. We prompt the patient to act at your direction within our autoresponders. Would you like them to click a link, request by email, or call an extension?
